REFUND POLICY
Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 30 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason, as long as the products remain sealed.
Important Exception for Hygienic Products
Piercings and earrings are hygienic products and are subject to special return conditions for health and safety reasons.
We ship all piercings and earrings in transparent, sealed bags that allow you to view and measure the product without breaking the hygienic seal. You can return sealed products for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Products with broken seals cannot be returned or refunded, as they cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. This exception is permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(e) for goods sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes that have been unsealed after delivery.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (confirming the seal is intact), we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider and location.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at shop.tntantwerp@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Conformity of Goods
Under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU), all products must conform to the contract. If a product is defective or not as described, you have the right to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
International Returns
For international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid are typically non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs from their location.
